I liked that they responded to me immediately when I had a question (okay, three or four questions). They gathered information and responded in a way that even I, knowing nothing about wind power, could understand. Naturally the wind has died down today, LOL, but I'm looking forward to seeing how the turbine can top off my solar-powered battery bank.Even though this says it's a kit, you'll still need a way to attach the cables to your battery, FYI. When I emailed to ask them how, they gave me two very easy options, and I got it assembled and hooked up in about 20 minutes this morning. They were very helpful; not condescending at all.The stakes and tripod won't stand up to the Arizona wind we usually have here in the desert (nothing does), so I'll be getting conduit and longer cables eventually. I'm sure it will do great in other parts of the country. I love how transportable it is; I'll be taking it east with me this summer.This is a great company, and I highly recommend them.
